I have not opened them. In part, because I receive and overwhelming amount of e-mail but also simply because I could not face it. I did not want to hear it. They are probably from unreliable sources anyways" I would tell myself. But now it is time to talk about the unthinkable. The number of reports have multipled. Some are from well known and reliable sources. The Geneva Conventions ban using white phosphorus as an incendiary weapon against civilian populations and in air attacks against military forces in civilian areas.
